How much does it cost to use Partial.ly?
Partial.ly’s fee is 5% + $0.30 per transaction. The Stripe fee is included in this rate. There are no other additional fees or costs associated with using or getting Partial.ly setup.
How do I add a Partial.ly checkout button to my website?
You will first need to create a Partial.ly Merchant Account at https://partial.ly/register where you will be required to do the following:
1. Create a Stripe Express account (payment processor)
2. Create an Offer (payment plan terms)

How do I give a Partial.ly support agent access to my site?
Please create a WordPress admin user for support@partial.ly so that we can login remotely to get Partial.ly set up. Once created, please let us know.
What happens when a customer selects Partial.ly at checkout?
When a customer purchases from your website with Partial.ly, the order will automatically be added to your woocommerce admin with all associated product and customer information.
How do I issue a refund for an order?
Partial.ly Payment Plans can only be canceled and refunded from your Partial.ly Merchant Account at partial.ly/login. A guide can be seen here: https://support.partial.ly/cancel-refund-plan/
I need to limit Partial.ly.
If you wish to apply limitations to the woocommerce plugin (ex. minimum requirement, different offers for different products, etc), you will need to sign up for our advanced scripting subscription under Settings > Advanced Scripting. It is free for the first 30 days and then $10 a month. You can read more about this here:
